Standard core skills as per main page.

1. What makes an excellent team?
2. What do excellent teams have in common?
3. What type of leadership exists in excellent teams?

This course covers the theories and approaches to the above questions. We deal with the eight criteria or characteristics that apply to questions 1 and 2 - and for question 3, study principled leadership, from the stages of mediation, to the internal and external roles of the leader, to reviewing the effectiveness of the team.
This course is a natural progression from the Basic Mountain Survival Course although we do accept candidates with basic experience.

The course is based on a choice of three select properties, being Wellisford Farm House, Gerbestone Manor and Tone Dale House, all in Wellington, Somerset. The venues are of the highest standard and this is reflected in the price of the course - also, the group size determines which location is used.
